Laura's career has been defined by health innovation at the highest levels. Most recently, she was a foundational leader in launching Love.Life, a premium, integrated wellness and medical startup by Whole Foods founder John Mackey. Her executive tenure at Whole Foods Market included leading pioneering corporate health initiatives that effectively translated complex wellness concepts into practical, high-yield daily habits. Rooted in elite performance from day one, Laura cut her teeth at the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, anchoring her coaching philosophy in elite sports science and resilience.
Equipped with an MBA from Regis University and a BS from the University of Florida, Laura treats executive wellness like an elite corporate strategy. Outside of coaching, she sits on the Board of the historic Paramount Theatre in Austin and maintains her own competitive edge through skiing, hockey, and paddleboarding.
