Laura Zappi, MBA
Laura Zappi is a professional health coach and focuses her expertise on providing individual coaching to executives, as well as creating and executing corporate wellness events and retreats on behalf of Whole Professional.
Laura brings a wealth of corporate wellness experience to Whole Professional and its clients, including her most recent job where she was instrumental in the launch of John Mackey’s (founder of Whole Foods) start-up, Love.Life, an integrated health and wellness company that provides a one-stop immersive health experience by combining nourishing food, evolved medical care, and cutting-edge wellness therapies. Prior to that, she served as an executive with Whole Foods, where she led and participated in a variety of pioneering, corporate wellness activities, including food-focused employee wellness program incentivized and supported practical and sustainable habits with hands-on and digital tools. Laura began her career at the U.S. Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, CO, kicking off a lifelong love of health, wellness, and sports.
Holding both an MBA from Regis University, as well as a BS in Communications from the University of Florida. In her personal time, she enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, hockey, and films and sits on the Board of the historic Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas.
